Unless otherwise noted, in-person meetings will be held at the Port Jervis Free Library located at 138 Pike Street, Port Jervis NY 12771. In-person meetings are scheduled from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. All Board Meetings are open to the public.

Operating Budget Vote & Trustee Election is Thursday, June 4th.
Polls are open from 12:00pm-8:00pm at the library.
There will be a Public Hearing for the budget on
Thursday, May 21, 2026
at 6:00pm.

The Port Jervis Free Library is governed by a five-member Library Board of Trustees, made up of community members who serve five year terms. The Board meets at 6:00 p.m. on the secondTuesday of each month. The public is invited to attend.
